We are at the halfway mark
of the year, and I am pleased to see both regular and new faces at China
Club Singapore
coming more often. Welcome! This quarter we celebrate traditions, both
national and Chinese. National Day is just round the corner. Following the
positive response last year, I am pleased that this year we will be open
again for National Day. Catch the spectacular fireworks live from 52
storeys up while enjoying a special seven-course meal with champagne. As
this is very popular, please do call and reserve your place early.
Then in September, we
celebrate one of the most important Chinese festivities – the Mid-Autumn
festival. Enjoy delicious traditional mooncakes freshly baked in our
kitchen. You will love the special fillings we have dreamed up for you. Check
out our exquisite selection and premium mooncake gift sets nearer the date!
Our Executive Chef Yim has also lined up a special set menu for this joyous
festivity.
Besides special occasions,
China Club Singapore
is ideal for lunch, dinner and evening drinks. We have a new bar snack menu
at the Long March Bar, our popular lounge where light repasts await you.
Enjoy delicate dim sums while sipping your favourite drink – take your pick
from our new wine list as well as our beer list. Sunset hour promotions are
from 5pm to 8pm – enjoy 30 per cent off for beer and house pour liquors and
20 per cent off on selected cocktails, champagne and house wines.
Come
24, 25 and 26 September, we will be thrilled by the F1 races again. This is
the third night annual race held here, and China Club Singapore
will be revving up the occasion with an ultra-chic dinner event. Together
with Podere Castorani Vineyards, Abruzzo, one of Italy’s oldest wine producing
regions, we will offer the ultimate dining experience of the year. VIP
guest includes Jarno Trulli, Formula 1 pilot and co-owner of Podere
Castorani Vineyards.
Also,
this season, discover fine offerings from The Sloane Clinic over an
intimate breakfast session. Dr Chua Han Boon and Dr Tan Ying Chien will
give updates on the myriad treatments available – technological
advancements have helped us provide better aesthetic enhancements. With
bated breath, The Sloane Clinic looks forward to sharing their fascinating
treatment offers, from ultrasound
technology to filler restoration.
